The Museum of Military History in Kissimmee is a place where you can learn about the history of our country through hundreds of thousands of artifacts. 

The Museum of Military History offers a 10,000-square-foot walk-through timeline showcasing memorabilia from every major American conflict. The museum is located in Kissimmee, FL, and is open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. 

A collection of 20 authentic tanks 

As the name suggests, the tank park is a collection of 20 authentic tanks, trucks, and howitzers that are on display in the museum’s outdoor “tank park.” Some of these vehicles are more than 100 years old and were used during World War I and World War II. 

The tank park is open to the public Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. It is also open on Sundays from noon to 4:00 pm. The museum encourages visitors to stay for lunch or dinner at its restaurant—it even has a special menu for veterans! 

The tank park features tanks from different eras of American history: from early models used in the Mexican-American war (1846–48) all the way up through modern times; light tanks like the M41 Walker Bulldog made by General Motors during Vietnam; heavy tanks such as M1 Abrams’ (made by General Dynamics); amphibious assault vehicles featured in Iraq but actually designed during WWII; armored personnel carriers like Humvees used today by US soldiers overseas—the list goes on! 

It pays tribute to those who served our country. 

The Museum of Military History is located in Kissimmee, Florida. It’s a non-profit organization that pays tribute to the service and sacrifice of military veterans. 

The museum has over 40,000 items on display, including uniforms, weapons, and equipment from all branches of the US Armed Forces. There are also many tanks and other vehicles on display at their tank park.

There is a gift shop on-site as well as an outdoor picnic area for families looking to take advantage of the beautiful Florida weather.
